MagicWeds provides event planning, design, catering, venue booking, production and entertainment services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in written proposals or contracts signed by both parties.
Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information supplied and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in writing upon detailed planning. Prices may vary based on season, guest counts and final selections.
Events generally require a booking deposit, with the balance payable as per the agreed payment schedule. In the event of cancellation, refunds are governed by the cancellation policy in your contract.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required permissions (such as venue permissions) to enable successful execution. Delays in approvals may impact delivery dates.
All website content, designs, photography and creative concepts produced by MagicWeds are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Usage rights for photography and films are detailed in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicWeds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from services provided. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
